I purchased a medium in order to size down because I wanted to restrict movement during roller derby practice. I hate sports bras that feel like I am trapped by tons of structured padding and I hate sports bras with zippers, and I hate sports bras with adjustable straps- so I hate sports bras...but this did what I wanted, made from minimal material, no way for the straps to become loose, no zipper, and did not let anything move, bounce, sway, nothing. perfect.This bra runs a little small for New Balance bras so I definitely recommend sizing up. New Balance makes comfortable and supportive sports bras. It is pretty much the only brand I purchase for running.I really love this top, excellent for running, cycling, etcThose bras are great. It still is a great bra!I'm a 32D and ordered the medium size. I bought this sports bra to use for running and it does a good job for support although I'm not sure how it will do in that department if you're bigger chested than I am. I think it's better suited for medium impact activities, to be honest. For me it's a perfect fit, straps are very comfortable and doesn't dig into my shoulders. The straps are not adjustable but I don't find it necessary to adjust because it fits just fine on me. The band is comfortably snug, not tight which I hate and the material is smooth and feels great against my skin. Easy to put on and take off, even though it doesn't come with a regular bra closure. The cross back design allows for good ventilation and the fabric does an excellent job in wicking away sweat. Comes with removable inserts for modesty. I wash in the machine and hang dry.
