These shoes are very good for running. Something about the technology provides a strange bounce when running and I find they work well in that area. Perhaps just as good or better than any I have used. I am not a big long distance runner so I am not sure how they would hold up on 10k or a marathon. The technology is very interesting though and I think as it improves they might make some of the best running shoes around.I would recommend them for running or for someone that wants a lightweight shoe that feels like you have nothing on your feet.I have to say out of all of the running shoes I've ever worn, these are just absolutely the most comfortable I've had in a long time. I had 4 knee surgeries within the past few years, cadaver bone implants, so nothing as common as cartilage or a sprained knee. Wearing these shoes i feel like im walking over water. Makes the contact with the ground so smooth its crazy. I recommend these shoes to anyone with any sort of back or leg problems. I'm sure theres better ones out there, but for the price, you cant beat it. As for the 100 dollar pairs, what would anyone say its like walking on? cant really beat water lol Air? well these shoes are like walking on a layer of air squished in between two layers of water haa!This one lasts long. I have been using it from more than 4 years and there is not much wear tear. (I have one other shoe pair)It has been multipurpose shoe for me - used in gym, played tennis & badminton and running.Have been using it for a year now. Works well. Fits well. Many times, little stones get stuck on the sole and makes a noise and causes discomfort. Other than that, it okay. Several air vents makes it easy for water to get inside, even in a light rain or while running on grass, your socks will get wet very easily. Comfortable to wear. True size.I bought this based on the reviews saying it helped lower back problems. Well after using in for a month, I still have lower back problems, so on that part it didn't do much, but I can also say my back has not worsened. Other than that, I am happy with the shoe, it is well cushioned and it grips terrain well.My husband and I are hard on shoes. We aren't heavy exercisers, we are just... well, clumsy, I guess. At 6'4" and almost 300 lbs., hubs needs shoes that are light on his feet and allow them to breathe. These shoes met the bill and look good on his houseboat-sized feet. He are happy wifs dem.Great looking shoe but was way too small. I ordered a 12 and probably could have used a 12.5 or 13 for my husband. Disappointed they did not fit since it's was a really great looking sneaker and so light too.Great shoe for me. I am starting to get back in shape, and I was looking for an economical shoe that also provided me with some support and comfort. Mission Accomplished.
